Cheese Grater

Only my third Sheffield blip, but at least I managed to avoid a hat-trick of Cutting Edge images.

The "Cheese Grater" was directly over the road from the venue of a seminar I was attending today. It's just a car park on top of a casino, but I prefer bold statements like this to the bland stuff that NCP throw up in every town and city across the land.

Elsewhere in town, the Crucible was surrounded by outside broadcast units and cues queues of middle-aged men, though the sporting highlight of the city is undoubtedly Jessica Ennis' gold post box.

The seminar was the dullest I've been to for a long time, but at least the sun was shining. Still waiting for the leaves to unfurl though.
