Sometimes I feel very fortunate to have a job

...that involves travel to many parts of the country, even if it can be tiring, take me away from home for long hours or like the start of the today just be irritating because of train delays

However after missing one meeting entirely in Eastleigh (due to trains) I then set off for Hythe, my journey involved a sunny ferry ride across the river in Southampton and then a trip on a pier train - the oldest train operating (so I was told - but not sure if they meant oldest pier train or just train).

Really positive meeting and then - pier train, ferry, bus, train, car home - no delays and back in time to see S before bedtime.
