Look out for the Witch

Out geocaching with R again . Unable to reach our primary destination because the lakeside road round Thirlmere  is closed for a very short stretch just where we wanted to be.   But we saw there was another cache high up in the woods and we had a surprise when we found this bedraggled creature stirring up some stone soup. .  She was very near the log book we needed to sign.  By this time it was bucketing down with rain so we went home.
