..... and apparently I have too :-((

Played football on Friday night with a bunch of lads that were the same age as my boys.... What could possibly go wrong with that.... Well my calf decided it "wasn't going to play anymore" and after one burst to the oppositions goal, I felt that "something just wasn't right".

Not sure if the muscle is torn or just pulled but it's now the "Hot and Cold" treatment for the forceable, however I'm sure I'll be back on that pitch...... Sometime!!
