CALIFORNIA POPPIES.

It’s been a lovely sunny day with a breeze just right for drying the towels that I put on the line. I had a phone call from my friend asking if wanted to go for a walk. It’s the first time I’ve been for a long walk since my feet and legs had swollen up in the heat like elephants feet. I know elephants are my favourite animals but that’s taking it too far.  They seem to be going down now I can even fit into my slippers now. I have been taking my Montmorency cherry supplement which supposed to be good for gout. Today’s blip are these California poppies (I think that’s their name).
