Sun and rain

Result is overgrown garden. Traveled home and discovered we had wasps in the chimney for the bedroom and therefore in the bedroom. Hubby sealed the fireplace to stop them coming in. Garden over grown, unbelievably in two weeks the patch with olive tree and small fruit bushes is totally overgrown and the loganberry bush is across the patch and onto the lawn. Busy day tomorrow me thinks.
Bad news is daughters dog, Ruby was taken to emergency vets last night and still there. They think she has a viral infection but is very poorly, the bill so far is over £1000, they have her on a drip and keep doing blood tests. When she was taken in they thought she might have organ failure but say not now. She will stay in tonight and be transferred to her own vets tomorrow. Good thing she has pet insurance.
Went straight round to daughters to see them and the little one has changed so much in two weeks.
Really enjoyed our holiday but so good to be home.
