A lovely day to wake up to and so pleased as it's the day of the golden wedding celebration.  Spoke with my friend, made a chocolate biscuit cake, had coffee and then got myself ready for the party. Took this photo indoors, it's a reflection in the tv stand, just caught my eye!

Went to K's as party was near to him and walked to B and M's.  About 70 guests, most of whom were in the garden.  Hog roast which was delicious and carved by our retired local butcher.  Lots of other food inside plus drinks.  Speeches were good and not too long and a beautiful cake. They are a wonderful couple. Thoroughly enjoyable time and arrived home just after 6.
