Day 177/22. The Isle of Wight is pretty close.....

The Isle of Wight ferry passing Calshot Spit and Calshot Castle on the way to Cowes. The twin chimneys you can see just to the left of the coastguard tower are in Cowes. With a big telephoto lens it looks like the Island is only a mile or so across.
But it's not, the ferry from Southampton takes almost exactly an hour to get there.
