We're opening the garden for charity this weekend so we've dug out the various signs and materials.

Unfortunately, the hefty gardening work this week has resulted in me putting my back out yesterday afternoon.  This is turning out to be 'quite badly' as it's taking a lot longer to recover than usual (not that I do this often, especially these days of practical working rather than office sitting, just often enough to know how it usually goes).

Fortunately, we have friends staying this weekend specifically to help out with the occasion.

And they have brought cake.
