Ceglie Messapica

The closest town to the Trullo is Ceglie Messapica. It doesn’t have the beauty of Cisternino or Locorotondo, but it has its charms, namely the people. 

They are friendly. They seem pleased to see tourists and are very kind with my limited Italian. It’s a lovely place to be, full stop.
