Epic bike ride but.....

.....not as epic as my sister's crash today.

She's OK, other than some huge bruises. She went off the road, into a ditch and over the handlebars. Her rather heavy E-Bike landed on top of her too so I feared the worst.

A lapse of concentration for just one second can be costly.

She got a face full of nettles too but at least we can laugh now.

The day finished with a lovely meal cooked by my mum.
