Bit boring !

But I think this is “Black Grass” in the crop in the field which suffered so badly a couple of years ago due to water run off. A lot of soil was moved up to the top of the field and I suspect this is where it was moved from.

It dramatically affects the value of the crop and in this field there are large patches of it elsewhere in the middle.

A long visit to the dentist - one and a quarter hours in the chair for a canal root filling and repairs! Bit tired now.
