Chocolate fudge cake

A gift for our travel agent. He would not let us pay for our travel insurance, saving us 72 euros, this was because on our last cruise we had a nightmare journey home, so this was his way of giving us a bit of compensation.

I don't think he was expecting such a large cake, 20cm square. I hope he enjoys it.
