Mid-North Atlantic

Ship coming into harbour at Praia da Vitória on Terceira Island in the middle group of islands in the archpelago of the Azores, at about 9pm. The waves were really booming as they hit the dark volcanic rocks.

Extra of the Amigos we've come to spend time with, framed by a Manueline side door of the main church.

Gratefuls:
- safe traveling, the plane was very bumpy as we left Lisbon
- the huge privilege of having good Portuguese friends
- laughing till we literally cried at a car chase we did - of the wrong car (long story)
