Flowering at last

Much cooler on the doggie walk this morning and also a few spots of rain. On our return I sorted out the strawberries from yesterday and will use some for cooking the rest I’ve frozen for a later day.
Just before lunch time the rain finally came, what a refreshing sight. After it passed I went into the garden looking for todays blip the bees had come out again but they were too fast for me.
We bought this white hydrangea along with another one over five years ago, one survived but struggled to flower the other one perished the first winter, pleased to say this year it’s blooming profusely.
