I had the afternoon off work to join my parents at the hospital, when both are either on crutches or using a walking stick doors and steps can be quite the obstacle. Dad had expected radiotherapy today but instead he is to get 5 treatments starting on Thursday so quite a hefty prospect. I then went home with them and helped with some little bits around the house and sat down and watched Deal or No Deal and The Chase with Dad, quality time that I savour.

this evening I didn't have it in me to be social so am hiding out with fake Ben and Jerry's and disc 3 of The Hollow Crown.
