Walking and Pilates

We walked with our Tuesday morning group, then I went to a Pilates class, and this evening we walked at a fast pace with our Tuesday night group.  My leg was really good in the morning and excellent during the Pilates class, but by the time we’d finished an hour and a half walk tonight it was starting to complain.  It’ll be interesting to see how it is tomorrow.

During this morning’s walk we passed this pretty little garden, comprised of succulents and ornamental cabbage plants, in the grass berm between the footpath and the road. It looks so pretty I thought it deserved a blip.

There are 8,028 new community cases today, and the seven-day rolling average is 5,480 compared to 4,878 last Tuesday. The number of people in hospital is 383, including 7 in ICU. Today another 16 deaths have been reported, bringing the total number of deaths to 1,488 and the seven-day rolling average to 12.
