First time I've been at Homegroup for months due to various factors. Nice to spend time with folks again. Good to be challenged about what you believe and how that impacts the way you live.

An odd day again today. One if my team members left work today. First time I've had to deal with the parting of a colleague as their manager. Sad to see them go, but they are leaving for all the right reasons.

Was nice to start the day with a cycle to nursery then a rapid cycle to work.
