Real life

I detest plastic lawns. They seem to be spreading everywhere & creating sterile spaces.
Our garden is probably considered a bit unkempt. But we have wood pigeons & collared doves. We have robins, sparrows, tits & finches nesting in the hedges. We have squirrels & hedgehogs. Today we even had a Kestrel visit.
Grass can be a clover filled oasis for bees and butterflies and a lot more beautiful for it.
We need to share our spaces, not dominate them to the exclusion of everything else.
