A very busy day, filled with a lot of helping out others. Friends of the Bride and Groom to be asked for help with some surprises for the wedding. My parents had car trouble so I played taxi driver for them.

But the most fun today was helping with a special project. We are filling special bags with new toys for children in very difficult situations at home. For almost 150 children of age 3-12 years old. A gift for the summervacation, and fully paid for by sponsors. So after the summer break this children also have something to tell about at school. We managed to get tickets for the miniature golf, the swimming pool and movies and a card for ice cream with four toys for every child. The church and some care giving foundations did select the most needing children, and they are delivering the bags on the first day of the summer vacation, so that privacy can be guaranteed. A great project, and I am very happy I was asked to help. Sometimes shopping is so much fun!!!
