Tide’s Out

We waited until the wind and rain had subsided and set off again at 5.45pm, one hour earlier than our foray yesterday. We found the coast although I am sure there was a shorter route. Even the sun came out. A five mile circuit but that included a shortcut which took us along the grassy path we started yesterday and resulted in two pairs of rather wet trousers.
My mother in law is being discharged tomorrow morning. She fell again on Sunday evening and was taken for scans but no feedback was given to my father in law so assume no damage done. An assessment team is coming out to the flat tomorrow to assess cooking ( he does it all using prepared dishes which go in the oven or microwave ) and personal washing needs.
