Great News

Well - what a productive day. A few days ago, we accepted an offer on our house and today we had our offer accepted for a new house. Trying very hard to keep a cool head and not get too excited. It seems so many things can go wrong, but fingers crossed it doesn't.

We have gone through this process twice in the past, and each time it has been OK, but you just never know.

I hope the SOLD sign on the houses remain to the end!
