Have I discovered a new, variegated, Foxglove?

Nuffink caught my eye around town: well nothing I can't repeat any day. Came home and prowled the garden. (I'll never understand why "they" call it a yard, a yard is surfaced in concrete, tarmac or tiles.)
I popped in to the greenhouse to see how Blackeyed Susies were faring and spotted this oddity.
