Dead Leaves ...

... in the tree by our back door, with our back fence peeping through, early this evening.  Various activitiea on another warm summer day.  We shopped at Stop & Shop, went to buy shoes for Marylee, and watched tennis in London.  There we saw Serena William's first match in over a year: She showed many flashes of her earlier brilliance, but in the end unfortunately lost in three sets (2 of 3) to Hamony Tan of France.
