Now that is what I call a biscuit!
Stopped for a quick cuppa at Costs today and had a 'small' bourbon biscuit with it.
The Bourbon biscuit (sometimes referred to as a Bourbon cream) is a sandwich biscuit consisting of two thin oblong dark chocolate biscuits with a chocolate fondant filling.
The biscuit was introduced in 1910 (originally under the name "Creola") by the Bermondsey biscuit company Peek Freans, of London, originator of the Garibaldi biscuit. They are some of my favourite biscuits and this is an amazing size and taste.
