Massive changes coming at work. Hopefully things will end up as good as everyone hopes/thinks they will. We now have the potential to become the best. We are now being led by someone who has told us that things we were being blamed for over the last couple of years were not actually our fault, that we were almost being asked to do the impossible and then being blamed when people couldn't do it. Someone will now put systems in place that actually work and someone will now support us rather than blame us.
It's not going to be easy but when someone believes in you getting there it will be easier.
