After visiting the surgery for the removal of the stitches in my leg we continued to the wharf area of Mapua for a coffee.

This view can be seen from the wharf.  Across the Tasman Bay is Nelson - this morning it was hidden behind a thick bank of clouds. Earlier, fog had rolled in and covered Motueka and Nelson from the sea to the hills.
