Common Spotted Orchid.

A good day. Less rain, more sun. More painful than yesterday but I’ve done more and it calms down when I rest. Washing got done, Roomba was in action and the kitchen bins got emptied and cleaned.   I checked out my bank account and walked a bit more around the house and garden nipping seed heads off the Welsh poppies. Saw Emma and had a chat while I was photographing the spotted orchids. Nothing strenuous though. The NHS website says you should carry on with normal life and strongly advises against taking to your bed.  Chance would be a fine thing.  I’m still on the sofa.
