First full day so we took full advantage of the beach. Paid for beds and an umbrella and I’m glad we did, because the sand was scorching even early in the day.

We’d stopped on the way down to buy some bits for lunch, and had a very welcome beer on the beach too. Otherwise lots of reading our books and napping and swimming.

Stopped for a drink back up in the town (I also had some incredible pistachio ice cream) before chilling in the hotel for a bit then going out to dinner. I had a lovely pizza and Matt continued his exploration of cocktail menus. After dinner we wandered up for an explore in the town and stopped for an extra drink in a bar right at the top of the hill.
