Been on a spa day today for Bryony's 40th birthday. Helen, Kristie and Emily also went. The spa was lovely with two outdoor infinity jacuzzi pools and saunas which looked out onto the gardens. I had a back massage as well and we had a lovely lunch. 

Home late to do the horses. They were all waiting for their tea! 

Rush job to do something for this month's sketch book as we need to swap this weekend. The theme this time is Freedom. Remembered how free I felt galloping down the beach and did a very quick pastel scribble. Was the only pic I took today!
