An Army Of Toadlets
Butterfly Alley was alive with tiny, bee-sized toadlets this afternoon. I've seen the odd one in the past but never a mass migration before. I picked up the greyish one in my image above and put it on a piece of wood so that I could could photograph it. I was amazed to see lots more. I set the brownish one in extras down on a leaf. The dear little thing, which must have been terrified, tucked its legs under its body as though it was cuddling itself.
