wild chicory

Comes up every year in one of the flower beds. It’s very tall this year and it’s just started flowering. The flowers are beautiful. Had to clean up the patio today which took ages. I had all 5 robins - mum and dad plus 3 babies all over what I was doing. Every plant pot lifted caused them all to investigate and find tasty beetles. Then the blackbird family turned up and the 2 wood pigeons sat on the trellis watching. Nelly and Ziggy supervised.
