Last week I had a patient booked in with me by accident who has gone to my boss for the last ten years. Understandably she wasn’t best pleased when I walked through very obviously not the Graeme she was expecting.
One week later, she came in to say how delighted she is with her glasses and a cake to apologise in case she’d ‘affronted me’. Haha. As if.
Apparently she’s my new No. 1 fan :))
