Harbour calm

Today has been very gentle….I wandered round the garden before sitting just drinking coffee and reading with kitten company.  As you can see I’m delighted to find courgette flowers and strawberries! I did a little quilting and then stopped for a short wander to get butterflies. It’s not my nature to feel so flat so I’m making an effort to do the things I love as that usually helps. 
It did :)
