Too much to do

This is a good friend of mine who has about 8 acres of land. It's beautiful, and he has loads of plans for it, but he just doesn't have the time, energy or money at the moment due to his very stressful lifestyle.

I feel sorry for him. This is where he really wants to be - working the land - but his life prevents it.
