Beeline

A day of dark clouds, heavy showers, and the occasional burst of sunshine.
I planted a Phormium in our front garden many years ago. In recent years it has produced a couple of flower spikes in the summer but this year there are many, maybe 10 or so, perhaps I should have counted! The honeybees are in abundance, it clearly has something to offer them which is nice to know.
