Growing Candelabra

The day was riddled with rain showers so I decided to spend my time in the den doing stuff.  The main thing was to write an email of complaint to a financial services firm.  A little money was removed from my account with them without authorisation and they have promised a refund but have not yet delivered.  I am not sure it was correct to label it as a 'refund'.  In other circumstances, removal of goods not belonging to you would be termed theft.  Maybe I should report it to the police.  I'll keep that up my sleeve.
