Lovely sunny day today, shame I had to go to work after the hospital! Can't believe there is hardly any of the building they are demolishing left its amazing what they achieve in two days..

Nice walk this evening round the local fishing pond, still nice and warm, feels great to start exercising again, even if it is only gentle walk!
