Nervous Twitch

On what has been an uncompromisingly horrible day for wind, rain, cloud and poor light, I am pleased to say I had some good luck photographing the birds in between the showers. 

So much so, that rather than post just one, I have picked six of the best. 

Two sibling Woodpeckers, a Robin, a Blue tit, a Great tit and a female Chaffinch.

I have spent an inordinate amount of time. But, I have no Egrets!

I tried bribing some seabirds with a wad of cannabis. I was determined to leave no Tern unstoned.

And having spent an hour uploading and editing the pictures my eyes are tired so I am going to bed.
