.the running boy!

.i love this picture - the little boy in his orange hoodie and orange track pants, running in this large green field at the Citadel Hill in Amman.

we were in Jordan for a few days. it was beyond lovely.

i have not seen so many children playing out in the streets in such a long time! kicking around their football, rollerblading (WHO ON EARTH ROLLER BLADES ANYMORE?!?!)....laughing, screaming, jumping, running.....the usual things of the past.

now most kids have their own iphone / ipad / ipad mini / pc / laptop / blu ray player / xbox / playstation / game console...etcetcetcetc...you get my point. WHAT ON EARTH!!!!
