morning light in Hansteens gate, 5.a.m. A woman is crossing the street - the third bypasser on the way to my yoga practice. This must be a new record, or has it just been too dark earlier so I didn't see all these people in the streets? Normally I'm quite alone around here this time of the day. And now first the paper boy in Munkedamsveien and then a woman sitting on the steps of a house entrance in Lasssons gate! Maybe it is the beautiful morning light that draws people out of their beds and out in the streets, the smell of spring in the air, the longing for a new dawn. This lightness in the heart,- my sun salutations will fit in well into the scenery today.
