Sleepy snoozy Goldfinch

Thought I'd Blip nice and early today as I have a busy day ahead. After work, I'll be back into the gym classes again ... another 2 hours of Spinfit and Circuits. Starting to get back into the routine again. I'm still overweight, and I probably always will be, but I feel fit and healthy nevertheless. I really need to step it up "another level" but .... time .... not enough of it in the day.

Yesterday I was telling Velofor that "this bird comes to my garden and so does that butterfly and ..... " so here to prove the point, is a regular of mine ... a beautiful Goldfinch. Probably my favourite garden bird.
