Dropping like flies

Another good firefighter leaves the premises. 

Right across the brigade there are about 300 Firefighters departing slightly earlier than planned, after some number crunching with their pension figures and realising there's no point in hanging on paying into the new pension that we've been forced onto.

The  knowledge lost and the shortfall in firefighters will be huge!
