I was doing some efforts around Roundhay Lake and had just finished, taking a jog to recover when I passed two likely looking men. Definitely portrait material. There was a bit of banter and when I asked for their names, the one offered surprise that I didn't know who the other was. 'He's a world champion,' he said. 'Of course he is,' I replied. I laughed and refused to take them seriously, although not before taking a few shots. Out of curiosity I googled him later. They weren't winding me up. He is a boxing champion, with world championships to his name in no less than three different weight categories. There you go!
