Yoga is Love

I had a busy day teaching yoga .
This included a very special yoga class I’ve started to help Ukrainian ( and other nationalities) women who have resettled in my town. I’ve collaborated with 2 local charities who are doing amazing work to support refugees.
There were 9 women in the class , I had 2 women who translated into Ukrainian and Russian. The class was well received and they were keen to have 2 yoga classes a week if I can arrange it .
The class is free to join, with mats bought by Massive Outpouring of Love and the room was provided the Multicultural Association.
I can’t imagine how difficult there lives must be , but I hope the yoga sessions can be of some help.
