Common Froghopper (Philaenus spumarius)

Well I got the hedge cutters out today , trimmed my side as well as the drive side , sat down on a chair afterwards an immediately fell asleep !! The green bin is now full, just hope my sticker arrives before Tuesday , my fault if it doesn't as I left it a bit late to renew.
This afternoon decided to check out the garden of insects, hence the blip, I always think of a car radiator grill when I see the front of these insects !!
