Agile!

One of the key words that defined (at least, aspirationally) the IESE action learning team yesterday was ‘agile’. Unusually today, due to the heat, I decided to lie mid-day on top of our bed for a wee snooze. 5 minutes later I got a call to say a professor had a hopeless internet connection from Brazil and couldn’t run an executive circle, so could I step in? This is literally ten minutes after the call! No time to shave, and shorts and flip flops below camera level! It was a great session!
