Vehicle Has Been Reported

..Possibly as it has bald tyres on the ....ummm ..where are the $%%$#$ wheels?

I think the notice is to stop people driving off with it and dismantling it for parts...Yeah..that'd be it. Spotted in Coggee south of Fremantle. Makes a nice Bus Stop Sculpture though.

A reasonable person may think authorities might have bigger things to catch.
