Hyacinths

Not a very exciting photo. But, I felt the urge to take this photo, as it is a Hyacinth in my garden in the front of the house. It seems so impossible to get thing to grow here sometimes. Between rocks for soil and naughty chipmunks rearranging my plantings, I am frequently disappointed come spring. This year, however, has been a banner year for me. Shortly after my amazing Crocuses faded, I had Daffodils and Hyacinths both blooming. At the same time! Yeah, I know. How exciting my life is....
