Farewell

... to leave again, especially this time with all the viscerally strong echoes of parting so many times and so, so, so many layers, I barely know where to begin, but this time with the complete throw back to when we had managed to recover enough to get from hospital back to mum and dad’s and then packed the car with a mattress arrangement to get you back home for the final ending, not the continued recovery we had hoped for ... but we did get back home, to our place, old home now, and we were together right to the end.
